Digital Perfection Legal: Terms and Conditions for Products and Services

Digital Perfection accepts payments by personal check, company check, money order and most major credit cards. All funds must be payable in US dollars. Digital Perfection does not accept international checks in foreign currencies.
Subscription-based product and/or items purchased through the Digital Perfection Storefront includes enrollment in our automatic renewal service. This keeps your products up and running by automatically charging the then-current renewal fees to your payment method on file, just before they're set to expire, with no further action on your part. You may cancel this service at any time by turning off the auto-renewal feature in your Digital Perfection Storefront account or by notifying us in writing at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the automatic renewal date.
If paying by check, Digital Perfection may use the information from the check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from Client account.
In the event that a check is returned, services will be immediately suspended and Client will be sent a suspension notice allowing seven (7) calendar days to rectify the situation. If within the seven (7) calendar days the Client fails to pay all service fees, including a $45.00 returned check fee, Client's services will be permanently cancelled. Such cancellation does not relieve Client's obligation for payment under the terms of their and/or any affiliated agreements. Cancellation includes the removal of all files on the account.
In the event of a charge back, Digital Perfection will immediately suspend all services to Client until such time as full payment is received in addition to a $45.00 charge back fee.
Please make payment by the date due in order to prevent cancellation of services. A lapse in payment and/or service may result in a disqualification and forfeiture of discounts and may incur an account reactivation fee of $80 to reinstate services.
In order to use most Digital Perfection services, Client is responsible for the ancillary costs of an internet connection, through a third party Internet Services Provider (ISP). These costs are not part of Digital Perfection's pricing and are the Client’s responsibility to pay for and to keep maintained in order for proper service delivery.
All prices, offers, discounts and certain terms and conditions are subject to change and do not include applicable taxes.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Prepaid services and subscriptions have a predetermined amount of time, credits and/or hours; which are forfeited if not used by their expiration date or if they are cancelled. Please refer to your prepaid contract for the terms and conditions.
For hourly-based services, Digital Perfection’s methodology is to bill in increments of 10 minutes, rounded up; and reflects time researching or gathering information, pictures or text; time on the phone, conferencing, meeting, training, presenting or corresponding with Client pertaining to their services; time working on images, text files, scanning, converting, uploading or downloading any information or any files pertaining to Client’s services.
Not all products and services offered through Digital Perfection are eligible for discounts. Fees (for example: Activation Fees, Late Payment Fees, and Account Reinstatement Fees), are not eligible for discounts.
Tax Exempt customers are responsible for, and will be charged for in accordance with State and Federal statutes, taxes until the appropriate Tax Exemption Documentation is provided to Digital Perfection.

Digital Perfection assumes no responsibility with regard to the selection, performance or use of information or products found at third-party websites; and any mention shall only be considered as a convenience to our Clients. Digital Perfection is not responsible for testing the information, products and/or services found on these sites and it makes no representations regarding its accuracy or reliability.
