  • We visit your location to discuss and help design technology solutions and strategies with you.
  • We review your current systems and devices.
  • We recommend options to integrate, upgrade or purchase.

Computer Setup    $145

  • We visit your location to physically setup PC or Mac computer system, including the computer plus monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers.
  • We organize wires and cables with your cable ties (ties not included).
  • We install one new software application (software not included).
  • We install one peripheral or external device (device not included).
  • We configure your new computer to access your existing Internet account and one existing e-mail account.
  • We test your computer to make sure it is functioning properly

Software Installation    $45 (on-line price)

  • We determine your system's compatibility for, install/repair and configuration of 1 software title.
  • We perform any applicable software updates.
  • We create desktop, start menu and quick launch bar access shortcuts.
  • The cost of the software is NOT included.

Hardware Installation    $75 (on-site price)

  • We install an internal or external PC component, such as a graphics card, memory, hard drive, optical drive, MP3 player, printer or scanner.
  • We install any included software that is necessary for functionality on one computer.
  • We configure the PC component for applicable use.

Printer Assistance    $45 (on-line price)

  • We setup and configure your new printer - covers both local and network printers.
  • Resolution of any printer issue to get it printing properly again.
  • We answer any questions you have about printer features and functions.
  • We provide assistance with wireless printers setup.

Computer Virus and Spyware Removal    $175

  • We troubleshoot one computer.
  • We remove all viruses, spyware and malware from the computer.
  • We repair any operating system issues causing the system to not boot or to crash.
  • We review your system and apply applicable tweaks and modifications for performance.
  • We test the system for proper functionality.

Data Backup and Recovery    $175

  • We transfer your data to your new computer or other media.
  • We connect hard drive to computer, install and configure software to create a backup schedule that fits your needs.
  • We create an initial backup.
  • We provide you with an external hard drive for backup.
  • We transfer your data from your computer to a storage device or medium, such as network-attached storage, an internal or external hard drive or another computer.

Email Configuration    $45 (on-line price)

  • Connect one existing and active email account to a computer or mobile phone.
  • Must have all necessary passwords available.
  • Working high speed internet connection required.
  • Troubleshoot an existing email account.
  • Includes repair, configure and update the e-mail client.

Network Setup    $245 (on-site price)

  • Set up, configure and secure your router; safeguarding your personal information and securing your broadband signal from use by others.
  • Configure internet, including ISP (internet service provider).
  • Install and configure networking adapter on 2 computers/devices - (PC, Laptop, Gaming Console, Network Blu-Ray/DVD Player, Network-Enabled TV, etc.).
  • Enable devices to share the internet, files, printers and other media (i.e. photos, videos, music, etc.).
  • VoIP (voice over IP) set up.
  • Repair network and internet connectivity if necessary.
  • Add an additional device ($45).

Server Setup    $375 (minimum on-site price)

  • Due to the nature and complexity of various server environments, the actual cost for Server Setup is quoted.

Technology Training    $45 per hour (minimum on-site price; actual price to be quoted)

Troubleshooting Labor Rate   $35 per hour
